Colmore Partners named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2026
Colmore Partners has been recognised in the 2026 UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™, launched yesterday by Great Place To Work®. We're delighted to rank 80th among the top 100 small businesses across the UK. The Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list focuses on employees’ personal experiences at work, including their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, job satisfaction, and financial security, to reveal the best workplaces for wellbeing in the UK.

Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to creating a consistently positive employee experience, to foster cultures that are proven to drive business, improve lives, and better society. Throughout Colmore Partners’ development, we have implemented policies that continuously reinforce our commitment to employee wellbeing. This includes proactive mental health support, tailored learning opportunities on neurodiversity and mental health awareness, flexible working arrangements, access to professional support, and ongoing career development. We believe it’s totally possible to support and care for colleagues while maintaining high standards, delivering excellent outcomes, and achieving long-term success.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List, Great Place To Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company’s employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
From our employee feedback, we can see that our team highly commends our commitment to continuously improving and growing our working culture across our business.
As Simon Hoult, Director and Head of Proposition at Colmore Partners stated: “We understand that a happy and healthy workforce is a productive one, so we actively invest in supporting and promoting our staff’s wellbeing. It’s a great honour to be recognised for these efforts, and we’re delighted to receive this recognition.”
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says: “Creating a culture of wellbeing requires deliberate leadership, strong values and consistent action that puts people first. The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ List recognises organisations that take a genuinely holistic approach to supporting their people, across mental, physical and financial health, as well as fostering a strong sense of belonging.
To be recognised on this list is a clear signal that wellbeing is not treated as a peripheral initiative, but as a fundamental part of organisational culture. Congratulations to Colmore Partners on this achievement and for setting a leading example for workplaces across the UK.”
This award is our 5th recognition from Great Place To Work since we launched in 2021, having previously featured in the UK’s Best Workplace for Wellbeing, and Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance.
We’re very proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place To Work has provided us with to build on our culture and employee satisfaction.
